The latest Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions is continuing on with that tradition as it will soon land on the Sony PSP. With the game’s arrival to the Sony PSP, it seems like PSP is declaring to be the next best place to enjoy any game of this type.

It is important to note that this game features two new character jobs - the Onion Knight and the Dark Knight. Once you have become the Onion Knight, you will find that your strength will increase but some of your abilities will also diminish in the process. But the downside to this is that you will also reduce some of your abilities in the process. Isn’t that a nice little touch?

The complex story featured in this version of the Final Fantasy game is lifted to a whole new level and it is carried out very well up to the very end. The trailer scenes, who has had a seemingly hand drawn effect to it, looked quite astonishing and also making the game look more credible.

Final Fantasy Tactics is any RPG fan’s fantasy come true. Any RPG game lovers out there should be really looking out for this game. Final Fantasy Tactics is a treat to all RPG fans out there.

When playing this game, you might also spot some of your favorites from past FF games such as Balthier, Final Fantasy XII’s sky pirate, and Luso, Final Fantasy Tactics A2: The Sealed Girmoire’s lead character. There would be Balthier, the sky pirate from the FF XII, and Luso, Final Fantasy Tactics A2: The Sealed Grimoire’s main character.

With the latest from this much adored series, role-play gaming is given a whole new definition. And fans shouldn’t despair even though War of the Lions serve mainly as an expansion, other than an entirely new installment. In fact, this is one thing that could entice gamers to play this game by keeping the same old
mechanics of the game that fans have loved for years now and infusing some new elements to it. And because Final Fantasy has earned its name for what it has continually delivered, this time around it isn’t going to be an exception.

The graphics, music and overall feel of the game is quite an achievement for this game. The graphics, music and atmosphere is every player’s dream. Plus the character models are very much alive and reminiscent of those that we have come to love over these years. Plus, it’s such a suspenseful sight to see monsters
charging at you.

Even after you kick off your adventure, you have access to various mini-clips which lets you a peek into what important happenings transpired in the game. The mini-clips were amazing, and because it was done by Akihiko Yoshida leaves nothing more to be said.

Because you can view some of the important events in this game - like the kidnapping of the princess, the memory of Ramza, Delita’s reed whistle and destructive explosion of Fort Zeakenden - you have the luxury of setting them up however you want to play it, so that the actual game can be even more exciting. Now, everything is possible with the wireless play from one PSP to another. So, you can decide whether to go head
to head with your friend to see whose stronger out of the both of you, or ally with them to attain success in this game.
